Bruno Quadros e Quadros se graduó en Relaciones Internacionales en el Centro Universitario de Curitiba (Unicuritiba) en 2008. Desde entonces, ha publicado estudios sobre la historia y la política exterior de Rusia y el espacio post-soviético. Actualmente es estudiante de maestría en el Instituto Estatal de Relaciones Internacionales de Moscú (MGIMO). Vive en Moscú, Rusia.
