Angie Carolina Eraso Jaramillo ist Kolumbianerin, Absolventin der Escuela Superior de Administración Pública für öffentliche Verwaltung und Juristin der Universidad de Nariño. Zurzeit studiert sie an der Universidad Externado de Colombia eine Spezialisierung in internationalem Vertragsrecht.
