The Editors: Prof. Dr. Kurt R. Spillmann is founder and since 1986 director of the Center for Security Studies and Conflict Research at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich.
Prof. Dr. Andreas Wenger is deputy director of the center since 1996.
Dr. Derek Müller is the center's senior researcher for Eastern European studies.
