This work aims to shed light on the constitution of Medina "Sahifat El Medina" as one of the most important documents in the world history and to give the evidence that it is the oldest and the shortest too. for this purpose, it is necessary to prove first that it is a constitution and then to compare it with the constitution of the United States of America focusing on important concepts such as the other and his rights and responsibilities, the nation, pluralism, security and defense. The application of Deconstruction on both constitutions reveals some tribal features in the Medinian pluralistic society , the ambiguity of some clauses in the American constitution and even the presence of some Islamic roots in the American legal system. the projections of Chaos Theory on the two political systems allow us to determine the referring points using simple and double pendulums. A questionnaire proves that people are the enemies of what they do not know.
