Autorenporträt
Kamara Heussner teaches English to expatriates and refugees, and has also worked as a corporate publications editor, freelance writer, and schoolteacher. As a child, she recalls running out of books to read in the school library and staying up too late to finish "just one more chapter." How a proud Texas Longhorn managed to marry a fightin' Texas Aggie, she'll never know, but Kamara is convinced her husband, Rick, hung the moon and gave her three rising stars. The two celebrated their 30th anniversary in 2017 and enjoy traveling together, playing tennis, and sailing in Galveston Bay. Beyond Gray Clouds reflects Kamara's beliefs that among God's greatest gifts are grandparents, good weather for growing, and freshly painted skies.
