Clarissa Kristjansson, PhD, is a neuroscientist, an internationally known menopause educator, and a therapeutic menopause coach. She holds recognized certifications in third-age women's health coaching, mindfulness, and Traditional Chinese Medicine. She spent 30 years in senior leadership positions within FMCG in the UK, Australia, and Asia before coming into menopause coaching through her own experience with anxiety (and a host of other symptoms) that set her on a different path to empower women through this time.
