Autorenporträt
David Walters is an architect and urban designer, born and educated in England, and a member of the RIBA since 1972. He has practiced in the UK and USA, and taught at Plymouth University, the University of Arkansas, Mississippi State University, the University of Oklahoma, and has been a tenured full professor at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte since 1994. He has been the planning and urban design consultant to many Carolina communities, assisting them with a wide variety of master plans and zoning ordinances that exemplify principles of good urban design and smart growth.
