Scott Phillips is Assistant Professor of Music Technology at the University of Alabama - Birmingham. Phillips is a frequent conference and workshop presenter at such conferences as The National Association for Music Education (MENC), the Association of Small Computer Users in Education (ASCUE), and the Technology Institute for Music Educators (TI:ME), and state-level music education association meetings in Iowa, California, Kentucky, Indiana, New York, and Florida.
