Deborah Cusick has lived a life straight out of an adventure movie. She been a tennis pro, beauty queen, mountain climber, hotel general manager, business owner and even a rebellious hippy in the 70s. On her quest to figure out the meaning of life, she dove into the world's major religions and philosophies, earning three degrees from five universities. She's traveled to thirty-nine nations across five continents, journeyed through forty-nine states and trekked forty four of America's sixty-one National Parks. For decades, Deborah has been all about mentoring and pouring into the next generation. Though she doesn't have children of her own, her heart is huge--young people from around the globe call her Mom. Through the last sixteen years, young people from 15 nations have lived with her, turning her South Florida home into a hub of love, laughter and cross-cultural connection. Whether she's swapping stories or sharing wisdom from her fascinating journeys, Deborah's home is where the atmosphere is always welcoming and the conversations are life impacting.
