The author is a retired software engineer who lives with his wife of 45 years in the heart of the Rocky mountains. He enjoys golf, fishing, reading, writing and the game of Texas Hold'em. The couple has two grown sons; one of which is a San Franciso police officer and the other - a state wildlife biologist.
