Rather than sue him by hiring an attorney, a letter to the FBI was writen and along with it, a large paper trail of documents was sent, showing fraud and false promises of renumeration. This true story developed into a criminal case in the nexus of three government agencies to find a sliver of justice. Delaney was the only person of the hundred investors who decided to contact the FBl. He spent almost six years corresponding with the FBI and Department of Justice to reach the pinacle of truth and justice. Getting to that point involved many twists and turns with much stress and incredible doubt. lt was a wild ride!
