Autorenporträt
Samuel Fuller served in the first Infantry division during World War II, thanks to which he was awarded the Bronze Star, the Silver Star and the Purple Heart. He produced and directed twenty-nine films and wrote eleven novels, the best known being Big Red One (1980).
