Autorenporträt
A vegetarian Harley rider with a love of all things hot and spicky, Bill Hufnagle, aka Biker Billy (www.bikerbilly.com), is the host of his own cable cooking show, the author of three previous cookbooks, and quite possibly the only biker to ever have a chile pepper named after him by Burpee Seeds. He has appeared on THE TONIGHT SHOW WITH JAY LENO, GOOD MORNING AMERICA, National Public Radio, and many other national shows, and is a frequent guest at motorcycle rallies across the country, presenting his "fiery" cooking techniques. He is a columnist and gastronomic editor at CRUISING RIDER magazine, and his books are sold on numerous motorcycle oriented websites (as well as his own). He lives outside of Asheville, North Carolina.
