Dominador N. Marcaida, Jr., MSRM., is an RCC ordained presbyter in 1979, a Master of Science in Resource Management (MSRM) graduate at the Central Bicol State University of Agriculture, Pili, Cam. Sur Campus in 2009 and presently, serving the municipality of Camaligan, Cam Sur, Philippines, as a member of the Local Culture and Arts Council.
