Montana Night was born in Canada. She grew up with two brothers and one sister. She spent a lot of time getting in trouble at home for writing on every available white surface, until her parents bought her a white board. However that didn't stop her compulsive writing, so her parents got her a pile of blank notebooks to pour her inspiration into. She is married to David Knight, together they have 3 children.
