Chester is the Chief Executive Coach of BULLYPROOF!! Coaching, a subsidiary of The GOODLIFE!! Companies. He has over fifteen years of experience in the Education field, and currently serves as the Coordinator of Student Support Services for Accomack County Public Schools. In this capacity, he focuses his efforts on Anti-Bullying, Character Education, encouraging positive student-to-teacher relationships, Truancy Prevention, Student Attendance, Dropout Prevention, and Threat Assessment. He also is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a member of the Black Life Coaches Network (BLC.net). Chester is a 2001 graduate of Hampton University. He has obtained a Master's Degree in Education Administration from Salisbury University, and earned his Coaching Certification from Academic Life Coaching Inc. He is an avid reader of personal development/leadership books, an entrepreneur, and a diehard gamer. He regularly volunteers his time with Youth Soccer as a coach and serves as a mentor for at-risk youth. He resides on Virginia's Eastern Shore with his wife Nyoka and son Mason.
