Millette I. Vickerman was born in Jamaica, West Indies. She migrated to the United States of America and settled in Brooklyn, New York. Millette attended Medgar Evers College in Brooklyn, NY, and earned her B.S. degree in Computer Information System and an A.A.S degree in Computer Application / Business Administration. She also attended New York City College of Technology and earned an A.A.S degree in Human Services. While attending college, she worked a full-time job. Even though she was studying and working, her heart was on publishing a book someday. Billy's Adventurous Summer Holiday is her second book. She is also working on other projects which she intends to publish in the future.
