Authors Jamie Bounds Ellis and Jane B. Shambra comprise the staff of the local history and genealogy library of the Biloxi Public Library and Harrison County Library System. Ellis is the local history and genealogy librarian, and Shambra is the local history and genealogy library assistant. From the thousands of images archived in the Biloxi Public Library and Harrison County Library System's local history and genealogy library collections, the authors chose the best and most representative images from the past to reintroduce Biloxi in photographs.
