Alan J. and Joan C. Santa Cruz have been collecting local postcards for over 25 years and have been active in historical and genealogical endeavors of Biloxi and the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Jane B. Shambra, coauthor of Images of America: Biloxi, is local history and genealogy librarian of the Biloxi Public Library and the Harrison County Library System.
