El Dr. D. K. Ramesha obtuvo el grado de B E de la Universidad de Mysore. Actualmente es profesor en el Departamento de Ingeniería Mecánica, UVCE, Universidad de Bangalore, Bangalore. Ha dirigido 8 tesis doctorales y ha guiado a 5 becarios para obtener el título de doctor. Ha publicado más de 80 artículos en revistas y conferencias.
