Ethanol fermented from renewable sources for fuel or fuel additives are known as Bioethanol. In this present work, bioethanol was produced by using 6 various cheap raw biomass. The biomasses used are potato, sweat potato, fruit pulp, paddy straws, paddy husk, and sugar cane beets. Two enzyme were used for the hydrolysis of the biomass namely amylase from Aspergillus niger and cellulose form Trichoderma viride. Cellulase was used for the hydrolysis of cellulose and hemicelluloses and amylase is used for the hydrolyzed samples was done using sacharomyces sps.Enzymes were used for hydrolysis the samples. 3 samples (Potato, sweet potato, and fruit pulp) were hydrolyzed by amylase and the other 3 samples (sugar cane beets, Paddy straws and Paddy husk) were hydrolyzed by cellulase. The fermented product was purified by primary distillation process at 800c and fraction collected. The amount of ethanol is then determined by specific gravity method. "Ethanol is a premier, high performancefuel. It has tremendous environmental benefits and is a key component to energy independence for our country.". Richard Lugar
