Various metabolites like glycogen, total lipids, cholesterol and protein have been estimated. The minerals such as sodium, potassium, phosphorous, calcium, magnesium and iron contents in testis and overy were also determined by various biochemical techniques.

He was other than dean, Faculty of Science since 2006 to 2012,and a Senate member of Sau. Uni., Rajkot. He was World wild life Institute. Dehradun, India. He published several research papers in their field.
