The inhibition kinetics, Structure-activity relationships (SAR) and molecular docking studies on both enzymes are described. The spasmolytic properties of some of these compounds on rabbit jejunum tissues and the cytotoxicity of some selected compounds from every class of inhibitors are also discussed.
