Saleem Ullah was born in Pakistan. He received the degree of Bachelor of Science from National Textile University, Faisalabad,Pakistan in 2007. He attended Chungnam National University, South Korea during 2008-2009.He completed his MSc in Applied Chemistry from University of Jyväskylä, Finland from 2009-2011.
