In the activities of hydroelectric production in Colombia, critical socio-environmental problems have occurred over the years, which have violated rights and have endangered the resilience of the numerous ecosystems that make up the Colombian territory; recognizing this aspect, a series of socio-environmental strategies are presented that link bioethical aspects when faced with a situation that requires adequate management to primarily reduce the problems that compromise the use of water in the country.
