Prof. Mfutso-Bengo is an internationally respected bioethicist from Malawi. He is Head of Health Systems & Policy Department at College of Medicine, University of Malawi and the Director of the Center of Bioethics for Eastern and Southern Africa (CEBESA). He studied in Malawi, Austria and Germany. He is a globally well-known ethics consultant.
