She has a degree in Psychology (1997), a Masters (2007) and a PhD (2012) in Education from the Federal University of Santa Catarina, where she is a lecturer in the Psychology department. She researches topics related to professional training for young people, careers, unemployment, the configuration of higher education and postgraduate studies in contemporary times.
