In spring, the content of flavonoids in the leaves of grapes was high and amounted to 4721 ± 0.521 mg/g, in the summer their number was 3825 ± 0.255 mg/g, and in the fall there was a decrease in flavanoids to 1.460 ± 0.2253 mg/g. In the spring, in the stalks of grapes, flavonoids were 4.386 ± 0.046 mg/g, in cocoons 0.348 ± 0.023 mg/g.
