The author was born in Achham Nepal. He has completed Bachelor in Food Tech. from TU, Nepal. He has been working as Food Research Officer in Government of Nepal since 2003. Awarded Joint Japan World Bank Graduate Scholarship for Master degree in Food Engg and Bioprocess Tech. from AIT, Thailand. Pursuing PhD in Uni Ballarat, Australia.
