The digester was fabricated from special three layer reinforced fabric namely high tenacity rubberized nylon fabric coated with hypalon on the outer and neoprene on the inner surface of digester. The cylindrical shaped flexible balloon digester with 2.5 m diameter and 5 m length was designed considering the pressure developed inside and other safety factors as a closed thin cylindrical pressure vessel. The plant was installed in the premises of Sainik School, Chittorgarh. The meal for 600 persons including students and staff was prepared daily in the school mess. Kitchen waste generation was about 250 kg daily.

He has completed his M.E. in Renewable Energy Sources from CTAE, MPUAT, Udaipur (RJ), India. He has obtained his B. Tech from MPKV, Rahuri (M.H.). He is a member of many professional societies, also he had published several research paper in national and international journals.
