Amos K. Quaye es licenciado en Agronomía por la Universidad de Ghana. En 2003 recibió la beca del Programa Internacional de Becas de la Fundación Ford, con la que obtuvo un Máster en Ciencias Ambientales en SUNY, College of Environmental Science and Forestry. Actualmente está completando un doctorado en Ciencia de los Ecosistemas Forestales.
