Mark C. Leake holds the Anniversary Chair of Biological Physics, and is the Coordinator of the Physics of Life Group at the University of York. He is also Chair of the UK Physics of Life Network (PoLNET). He heads an interdisciplinary research team in the field of single-molecule biophysics using cutting-edge biophotonics, state-of-the-art genetics, and advanced computational and theory tools.
