This study was focused on waste stabilization and nutrient removal and to examine the removal potential of phosphate, nitrate by selective potential microorganisms, bacteria (Pseudomonas spp, Bacillus spp) Algae, Cyanobacteria and aquatic free floating plants (Lemna spp, Salvinia spp, Eichhornia spp, Pistia spp, Azolla spp and Oscillatoria spp., Utricularia spp) from eutrophic lake water sample according to the variance of residence times and concentrations of phosphate, nitrate pollutants. The study showed that potential bioremoval and biotreatment process for purification of water and effectively removed the nutrient loads of phosphate and nitrate using a natural based system of solution and Ecotechnology. There by to improve the quality of different wastewaters, and used for agriculture and aquaculture activities.
