It includes detail protocol for biosynthesis of Gold, Silver and Platinum and Metal Sulfide viz CdS, ZnS, MnS Nanoparticles. Metal exposed biomass was characterized by U.V. Spectroscopy , Scanning Electron Microscopy and XRD to obtain evidence of intracellular state of Nanoparticles.

The author is presently working as Head of the Department of Microbiology, Koyana Education Society's Balasaheb Desai College,Patan Dist Satara. She has teaching Experience to Under Graduate classes about 22 years.She has attended many seminars and Conference at International /National Level. Her area of research is Nanotechnology& Biotechnology
