Phytopathogenic fungi are responsible for about 70% of crop diseases, and it is in this context that this work was carried out in order to identify and control phytopathogens. The aim is to contribute to the development of biological control of fungal diseases by exploiting telluric microorganisms. Two phytopathogenic fungi were isolated and identified from inflorescences of a cashew plant: Aspergillus Niger and Colletotrichum gloeosporiodes. Among the 123 isolates of actinomycetes extracted from the rhizospheric soil of healthy cashew, 11 proved to be antagonistic to these two fungi. These actinomycetes will be exploited to contribute to the biological control of fungal diseases of plants.
