Indian Higher education is facing a paradigm shift in adopting new pedagogy, specifically in student-centred learning models. Blended Learning, a mix of online and face-to-face Learning, can combine the benefits of traditional classroom and online learning environments. It also helps create student-centric classroom discussions. A Moodle was integrated with the traditional classroom environment to create a blended learning context. The data collection procedure included administering a Pre-Test, Post-Test, questionnaire, Self- evaluation Checklist, and structured interviews. The outcome suggested the promising effect of the Blended Learning program on fostering Communication Skills of undergraduate students of Engineering at Gujarat. Implementing blended Learning in Gujarat, India, requires a radical shift in the educational system, including changes to policy, curriculum, infrastructure, and university culture. The development should involve instructors, students, and administrators.
