Anthony G. Picciano is a Professor and Executive Officer in the PhD Program in Urban Education at the Graduate Center of the City University of New York (CUNY). Charles D. Dziuban is Director of the Research Initiative for Teaching Effectiveness at the University of Central Florida. Charles R. Graham is a Professor of Instructional Psychology & Technology at Brigham Young University. He also currently serves as the Associate Dean for the David O. McKay School of Education.
