Vince was born in Houston, Texas, and raised in Baton Rouge, La. After graduating high school in 1983, he joined the marine Corps. Upon his discharge, he returned to Baton Rouge and became a Piping Designer. He now resides in Tehachapi, CA. Visit his website at www.bloodofdeception.com
