Author Biography Award winning Author, Brenda Spalding, was brought up in Newton, Massachusetts and now lives in Bradenton Florida. . She is a member of the National League of American Pen Women, where she has won awards for her children's books and her adult mysteries. Her other organizations include The Florida Authors Connection, Gulf Coast Sisters in Crime and the Florida Writers Association and is a founding member of ABC Books 4 Children & Adults, Inc. Brenda is a prolific writer with seven children's books and five adult novels to her credit. She recently won a medal at the Florida Authors and Publishers association conference in Orlando. In her role of helping other authors she has her own micro-publishing company Heritage Publishing. Us. and is a consultant for Suncoast Digital Press in Sarasota.
