The present study was planned to investigate blood parasites of sheep in winter season in hospital settings of Faisalabad metropolis: (I) prevalence rate, (II) semiology, and (III) treatment response. A total of 100 sheep of either sex were selected for sample collection. Fifty blood samples were collected from sheep presented at the outdoor veterinary clinic of Department of Clinical Medicine and Surgery, University of Agriculture Faisalabad. Twenty five blood samples were collected from ovine accessions of Civil Veterinary Hospital near NADRA Office, and the remaining twenty five blood samples were collected from sheep presented at Veterinary Hospital 213/RB Soosan Road of Faisalabad metropolis. The blood samples were collected during winter season. The Giemsa's/Dip Quick staining was performed for the identification of blood parasites of sheep and hematology was done for 12 positive and 12 negative samples. 4 samples were positive for anaplasma and 8 samples were positive for babesia. None of investigated sheep were positive for theleria, eperythrozoon, hemobartenella and trypanosome.
