New inventions and innovations have made human life very easy. The continuing reduction in the physical activities and increase in mental strain has resulted in many physical and physiological problems(diabetes)in human populations. Rich (Cholesterol) intake of food, less physical work and more mental strain result in hypertension in human beings. When a person suffers with both these disorders for many years his mental ability declines and he develops complications in function of kidneys. Though the Diabetes is controlled by genes, the environment and the life style of an individual controls the expression of the genes. Blood pressure variation and diabetes mellitus disorders have later onset. All external factors which affect these two disorders are common. Keeping this view in mind here an attempt is made to study the various factors affecting these disorders by comparing two groups namely 'Hindu peasant'(actives)and 'Marwadi'(sedents). This study is very useful to common people and also for other scientists in their future research.
