Produktbeschreibung
Blossom and Bloom Journal by Dr. Cecilia Banga, a board-certified OBGYN, is the companion journal to her bestselling book, Blossom and Bloom. This book aims to help daughters and their parents communicate more openly about the journey from puberty to womanhood. Girls will face many obstacles as they grow into their bodies and identities-false narratives in the media, peer pressure and judgment, and confusion with the process their bodies are going through. But there is an easier path-through intentional and open conversations. Encouraging girls to write down their thoughts will help with self analyzation and can be very therapeutic. In the Blossom and Bloom Journal, they will be prodded to also consider a more global view to interpret their days by prodding them with an African proverb daily.
