Leaders Should Never Quit and Quitters Should Never Lead! We are living in a quitting culture-a culture where people have accepted quitting as a response when problems arise, challenges are faced, and tough times are presented. Today's workforce is quitting their jobs at an alarming rate and this trend continues to plague organizations, including police departments throughout the US. This book will help build resilient frontline leaders who can shift the trajectory of their teams and organizations to result in lower turnover and an improved cultural work environment. Grounded on academic research and three decades of public service experience, this book introduces leaders to the Reverse-Quit Model. This model provides strategies designed to reverse the intentions of employees from quitting to committing. Dr. Ponce designed the Reverse-Quit Model. With over thirty years of public service experience in law enforcement and ministry, he has dedicated his life to serving God and serving people. He retired from the New York City Police Department, earned his bachelor's degree in criminal justice, master's degree in public administration, a doctorate in strategic leadership, and has over twenty years of leadership experience. His passion is to add value to aspiring leaders and current leaders who are ready to shift from their current situation and work toward their desired goals. If you want to learn more about how these strategies can help you become the leader you were called to be, and create a positive shift in your teams and organization, contact Dr. Ponce at ponceleadership@gmail.com
