Handling and preparation of these dried fruits without care and without any control measures of sanitation, hygiene or any treatment to public may cause some health hazards.Throughout Baobab production Countries fruits are used as food. The leaves, the pulp of the fruit and the seeds are all used and are essential wild-gathered food. Such foods play a significant role in preparation of traditional dishes and as a source of food during time of scarcity and famine.In my research, I investigated and analyzed the packaging materials and storing temperature and its effects in which both chemical and microbial quality of dry fruits (adansonia digitata).
