The pages will include one unique, multi-track guided meditation accessed through a QR code on the back cover, and three months worth of emotive color keys, coloring pages, and post-meditative journals. The book uses an "Associate, Meditate, Color" process where users first associate colors with emotions they typically feel (usable example provided on the back cover). Then, users listen to a custom, four-track guided meditation, accessed via QR code, which eradicates misconceptions about meditation practice, provides more detailed information on how to best use Body Space, and contains two different guided meditations adjusted for varying ability levels. Finally, users of Body Space color in parts of the body based on their inner world and write thoughts, struggles, and ideas in the "emotional journal" attached to every coloring page. Body Space is not a medical tool, but more so a tool to incentivize daily meditation and bring people a sense of inner calmness and creativity- without taking up incredible amounts of time and energy.
