Susan Rich Brooke is the author of Beasties Love Booties, The Sheep Who Wouldn't Sleep, and The Owl Who Couldn't Growl. She lives with her husband in Evanston, Illinois, where they raised two kids who love exploring different cuisines-but their favorite dumplings of all are their grandmother's knaidels. Bonnie Pang is an illustrator and comic artist from Hong Kong. With a master's degree in Fine Arts from the Academy of Art University, she is currently a freelance illustrator for children's books and creates webcomics. When she's not drawing, she loves playing with dogs, contributing to the environment, and cooking delicious dumplings. Ana Izquierdo is a Mexican editor and translator. Her love for books runs deep, and all kinds of volumes fill her cozy home. She creates many different things with her hands: beautiful stories for children in Spanish, warm blankets for the babies she loves and detailed embroideries for special clothes. She is driven by a need to always improve, to find new ways to enjoy life and to evolve... just like a Pokémon! Every day, since the first time she could read a line, Arlette de Alba has deeply enjoyed the stories in books. She loves discovering new worlds, cultures, and languages in them, and delights in finding the differences between the Spanish from Mexico, where she lives, and that of other parts of Latin America and Spain. Arlette has participated in the creation of more than a thousand books, either as writer, translator, editor, or publishing coordinator.
