The social inclusion perspective incorporated into the Bolsa Família Program (PBF) seeks to go beyond the distribution of monetary benefits, moving towards strategies aimed at the emancipation of poor families. With this in mind, the general objective of this research is to characterize the contribution of the Bolsa Família Program to the lives of beneficiary families in the municipality of Parintins; and the specific objectives are: to identify the profile of beneficiaries legally responsible for the PBF in the city of Parintins; to verify the program's contribution to promoting food and nutritional sufficiency and security in the lives of families; and to look for patterns in groups of individuals that can be used as indicators, allowing us to verify how the aid is spent by beneficiary families.
