Clark Hays was raised on a ranch in Montana and spent his formative years branding cows, riding horses, and writing. He is currently a senior writer and communications strategist for an international financial services company. His poetry, creative fiction, and nonfiction have appeared in many journals, magazines, and newspapers. Previously, he was nominated for a Pushcart Prize for a short story appearing in Opium Magazine.
