The issues of medical practice and mother's and children's neglect prove to be relatively easy to correct. But unveiling Marlene's fiancé's charade and securing her happiness turn into an arduous task. The situation gets more complicated when he falls head over heels for Marlene. His attempts to seduce her threaten to expose his identity and lead to unforeseeable consequences.
