Penelope (Pip) Nicholson, Ph.D. (2000) in Philosophy, University of Melbourne, is a senior lecturer in law at the Law School, University of Melbourne and Associate Director (Vietnam) of the Law School's Asian Law Centre. She publishes on Vietnamese law, legal change and comparative law in Asia.
